The International Recruiter will support the Group Human Capital Manager in all duties related to soft HR

What do we expect from you?

Your tasks & responsibilities

Assist in the set-up of competence Management
Design Job Descriptions that reflects each position’s requirements
Post Job Ads on different platforms
Sourcing potential candidates through online channels
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, and in person interviews
Ensure all internal reporting is completed accurately and on time
Identify training requirements
Assist in Employer Branding initiatives
Assist in set up of training plans for the group
Assist in all soft related topics on HR

Your profile

MSc or BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
Proven work experience in a similar role of minimum 1 year
Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (such as LinkedIn)
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch, French & English (German is a plus)
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
