Robert Half is currently exclusively looking for a driven recruiter. For our client, an international and innovative company located in Zaventem, we are looking for an enthusiastic recruiter.

Do you know how to attract the right talent? Are you passionate about Employer Branding? Are you looking for growth opportunities within a pioneering enterprise? Then you are the person we are looking for!

Your role involves recruiting various profiles and supporting the Employer Branding strategy at the local level.

Your responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for the recruitment and hiring of various profiles from start to finish, with a focus on technical profiles
  • Your recruitment mission starts with a detailed needs analysis together with the hiring manager. Afterwards you determine the right strategy for attracting the right profile (direct search, different platforms, referrals...).
  • You analyze candidates, organize screenings and do the first interview.
  • Employer Branding is also part of your responsibility: you are the face of the company and participate in job fairs, campaigns... in close collaboration with the MarCom department
  • In a successful process, you also ensure the preparation of an offer
  • You will help to fine-tune and improve recruitment- and internal HR processes

Profile:

  • You have already gained a first experience in a recruiter role;
  • You have an excellent knowledge of English, with very good knowledge of Dutch or French
  • You have excellent communication, diplomatic and interpersonal skills;
  • You are flexible and commuting for work does not scare you off;
