Our client, a company active in business services and located in Evere is looking for a junior Recruiting Assistant to support their team.

As Recruiting Assistant, you’ll support the recruiting staff, mainly in the whole interview process. Your tasks will be:
  • Follow up on incoming applications to ensure invite/reject decisions are made.
  • You are the first point of contact for candidates and manage the correspondence between the company and the candidates.
  • You welcome candidates, answer their questions about recruiting process
  • You prepare all the interviews (briefing, schedule, online tests,...)
  • You plan and organise offer discussion activities and keep track of offer acceptance (and prepare reporting to the teams).
  • You prepare presentations for meetings
  • You support and ensure back-up for the team when it is necessary
  • You suggest improvements in the recruiting process
Profile of an ideal Recruiting Assistant
  • You have a Master or Bachelor degree
  • You have an excellent written and spoken English and Dutch and a very good level of French
  • You have very good computer skills (Ms Office and Outlook)
  • You’re autonomous, dynamic, positive, self-starter and service-oriented
