Position DescriptionIntroductionDo you enjoy bringing data to life to help tell the story of a business, past, present and future?Volvo Action Service at Volvo Trucks takes care of Volvo customers across Europe, in getting them back on the road, whenever they experience a breakdown of their vehicle. We follow up on the status of the breakdowns and negotiate solutions to logistic and technical problems. We strive for customer success and take problem solving to the next level. Our European offices are located in Gent (Belgium) and Rugby (United Kingdom).   • Evaluate business requests and translate into technical solutions
  • Design and develop dashboards and reports using data visualization tools
  • Access, manipulate, query and analyze data using different software, tools and techniques
  • Present data insights to support decision-makers and other stakeholders
  • Work with IT partners to secure critical data is incorporated in DWH/UDP

Are you the one?
  • Data & Analytics is your world
  • You are a problem solver with innovative thinking and a strong sense of teamwork
  • Some experience in designing and developing dashboards (Qlik, Power BI, Tableau, …) is an asset. Eagerness to learn is key.
  • You have a good knowledge of MS Excel. Python, SQL knowledge is a nice to have.
  • You have excellent communication skills in English
  • You demonstrate a growth and learning mindset
