Working in WinPeo’s Sales as a Service model will let you embrace digital transformation by projecting the DNA of your clients onto your target market, working closely together, as the extension of the commercial armof your client. Our HQ is located in Zaventem -the "Silicon Valley of Belgium" in Brussels, right in the heart of Europe!

Responsibilities.
- Deep-dive into your client’s technology, gaining expertise and a broader understanding of their industry.
- Perform market analysis within the territory of choice.
- Prospect organisations, generating leads through phone calls, social media, e-mails and networking sessions.
- Lead meetings with prospects to understand, qualify and navigate their needs.
- Follow up on your leads and negotiate pricing and conditions, until you close the deal.
- Take part in commercial reporting to you clients and management team.
- Coordinate the development of marketing materials with all involved departments.
Let’s talk about you
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent by experience.
- Fluent in French, Dutch, and English - Or proficient in a combination of the three.
- Resilience and confidence in overcoming objections is a plus.
- Knowledge of social media tools and tech savviness is a plus.
- You like a mix of in- and outside sales, with varying lengths of sales cycles.
- You’re social, empathetic and able to collaborate within the bounds of a healthy competitive work environment.
- Ability to manage your time.
- Sense of initiative is a big plus. We build on each other’s ideas and input!
- A sense of humour ;-)
