Job description:
- Nurturing and creating a close relationship with our clients and future candidates
- Actingas the connecting person between talented candidates and international clients
- Creating eye-catching advertisements for attracting the most ideal profiles
- Negotiating and realizing tailored solutions in order to achieve your monthly targets
- Hunting for the most suitable candidates available in the market through cold calling, sourcingandprospecting
Profiles
Our ideal candidate:
- You have a sales-driven mentality with great negotiation skills
- You are dedicated to build your own network and client base within your sector
- You have an excellent language proficiency in English and French or Dutch
