iText is a fast growing, global company in the digital documents space and leader in PDF-technology. The company’s flagship product is an open-source software library to create and manipulate PDF documents in Java and .Net (C#). There are currently millions of iText users, both open source and commercial. iText has dedicated international teams with offices in Belgium (Ghent), Singapore, and the USA (Boston).

We’ve added 3 new products this year and because of our growth plans for the future, we’re looking to expand our teams to meet the growing demand of our products.

IText is looking for a Sales Manager Emerging Markets Eastern Europe to join its team. In this role you will be responsible for helping iText gain even more international exposure in Eastern Europe. The majority of your time will be spent fostering relationships with existing and net new customers. Another function of this role is regarding the channel. What you will do

  • Undertaking outbound activities to secure sales of iText software in existing customers, new markets and resellers.
  • Selling iText licenses and setting up partnerships in Eastern Europe.
  • Proactively engage with prospects via telephone and email to understand their requirements and present iText solutions.
  • Identify and manage new sales opportunities withing existing and prospect accounts (upselling and cross selling). You will convert some existing deals to enterprise deals.
  • Generate new opportunities by identifying and contacting prospects withing targeted markets (outbound selling).
  • Maintain appropriate records within CRM.

What you bring

  • At least 3 - 5 years of sales and channel sales experience in a B2B software industry/ technology environment.
  • A proven track record of overachievement in SaaS software sales.
  • The ability to communicate with key languages of the region like Russian and/or German.
  • Highly effective at work with both SI and VAR partners
  • Exceptional track record of leveraging a partner eco-system to build and close deals in a territory by working across all levels of the organization, from developers to the executive ranks.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills.
