About Our Client

My client is a Belgian accessories brand known for its stylish and contemporary designs of watches and sunglasses.

The company operates globally and is synonymous with innovative and trendy accessories that combine craftsmanship and design.

Job Description

  • In this role, you will manage relationships with our partners and key accounts in the United Kingdom and Italy to support and consolidate rapid growth. You will do this in close collaboration with the Sales Managers and the Commercial Support & Customer Service Director, to whom you will also report
  • You will be responsible for the daily communication with our agents, distribution partners, retailers, and Sales Managers. Additionally, you will follow up on all orders and forecasts to ensure that all operations with our partners run smoothly, and you will proactively pursue sales opportunities.
  • You will monitor credit limits and payment behavior in cooperation with our credit control department. Moreover, you will gather information on complaints, returns, etc., and create reports to analyze the impact on the business, product, collection, and customer relationships.
The Successful Applicant

  • You have some initial work experience in (sales) administration or a similar role.
  • Junior commercial and analytical skills, with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Fluent in English and Italian; knowledge of an additional language is a plus (NL, FR, DE, ES, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills (with a smile on the phone) and strong written communication skills (mainly email).
