Are you looking to take on a new challenge in a leading role helping the client and the team to expand?

One of my clients is looking to strengthen their partnership with their Customers & sustain Growth on the market.

This role is a full time, permanent engagement. The company is located in Brussels, Belgium.

As an AMS team lead you will be main point in the service delivery, managing your team and taking care of the client relationships. You will keep an eye on your team’s performance making sure it’s going as expected and helping them grow. As a key point of contact with partner, your engagement in improving the service and innovating will be essential for ensuring a good relationship.

Key responsibilities:

  • be in charge of tracking budget, take care of customer engagement, lead the team, follow all set up tasks and deadlines;
  • be the main point of contact for all AMS related subjects;
  • manage all budget controls (keeping track/reports);
  • take control of flow of procedures and its progress;
  • evaluate engagement risks, identify and execute risk mitigation actions;
  • participate in end-to-end role with performance management, reports, releases;

Key experience:

  • 7-10 years of Service Delivery experience required;
  • ITIL V4 certification is seen as a benefit;
  • Native level of Dutch &/or French + English is expected.

Soft skills:

  • great team leader, open to helping and guiding people;
  • good communication skill;
  • well organized;
  • willingness to improve, learn and engage with progress on the market;
  • be proactive with actions, ~see it fix it attitude.
