???? SAP Warehouse Management Specialist – Migration Project

Join a dynamic digital transformation initiative focused on migrating to a new warehouse management solution. This is a hands-on, full-cycle project role working closely with manufacturing, supply chain, and key users across international sites.

???? Location: Belgium (with collaboration across global sites including Japan)

???? Team: Small, agile group within a digital transformation unit

???? Duration: Project-based, full-time

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support SAP WM migration activities from business needs to go-live

• Manage user roles, incident resolution, and business issue troubleshooting

• Conduct testing, training, and documentation updates

• Collaborate with global stakeholders and local key users

• Drive process improvements and ensure data integrity and security

• Handle varied tasks and unexpected challenges in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For

• 3–8 years of experience (senior profiles also considered)

• Strong background in SAP Warehouse Management (WM)

• Proven track record in end-to-end project implementation

• Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated industries preferred

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Fluent in English; French is a plus

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple topics

• Experience in change management and user training
