Senior Business Development Manager (f/m/x) | French + Dutch + English speaking

Deine Aufgaben

Within Business Development, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for ensuring performance in line with the strategy and delivering lean, excellent services with high quality and efficiency. Your role and responsibilities will include but not be limited to ensuring that our partnerships run effectively, delivering results that support MILES growth.

  • Proactively identify, engage and manage partnerships on a national level.
  • Build and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders.
  • Participate in relevant tenders and partnerships.
  • Serve as a member of the leadership team, identify issues, contribute ideas/solutions.
  • Drive and support global initiatives to improve MILES overall performance.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to address business needs.
  • Close collaboration with the Berlin based Business Development Team in our MILES HQ.

Was du mitbringst

  • At least 2 years experience in Business Development, management consulting, strategy work in a large business or growing startup.
  • Proven track record in negotiating & managing partnerships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch, French & English.
  • You are a team player and want to improve urban mobility with us.
  • Strong project/program management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Confident, charismatic and eloquent demeanor.
