Description


Your responsibilities - Senior Casualty Underwriter:

  • You will underwrite new business accroding to the defined guidelines
  • You will formulate underwriting strategy, forecasts and porfolio management to achieve profitability
  • You will undertrake quantitative underwriting reviews to ensure quality control
  • You will prioritise and develop products within an area of expertise to improve client retention and new business
  • You will represent and promote the company to brokers as well as internal and external clients
  • You will ensure that policy documentation as well as timeframe for quoting new and renewal business comply with the standards
  • You will mentor and train junior colleagues

Your profile - Senior Casualty Underwriter:

  • You have a degree in a financial or legal field
  • You have at least 3 years of experience
  • You speak dutch and English. French is an asset
