About The JobBased in Brain L ‘Alleud to the south of Brussels, Belgium you will join the Agency as we embark on a journey to transform our IT services to support NATO’s Digital Endeavour. As a Senior IT Change and Configuration Manager working our NATO Integrate Mobile Service Centre (NIMSC), you will establish and improve the IT Change and Configuration Management processes, procedures, artefacts and tools in accordance to Service Centre, Agency and NATO standards.For a full list of duties please review the job description here.NO NEED TO RE-APPLY, IF YOU WERE RECENTLY NOT-SELECTED/REJECTED.About YouWe are looking for a talented and knowledgeable IT Change and Configuration Manager who holds minimum a Bachelor’s degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years’ experience as IT Change, Configuration Manager and/or Service Manager in medium to large size organizations, managing critical infrastructure IT Product and Service Baselines for complex IT Products and IT Services with > 10.000 Configuration Items (e.g. large Data Centre, IT Infrastructure, car/ train/ plane industry);
  • Service Management Certification – ITIL or ISO 20,000 ;
  • Working experience of BMC Remedy, ServiceNow or other ITSM platform;
  • Experience in working with IT Change, Configuration and Service Management Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);
  • Working level knowledge in IT Configuration Management CMDB design and implementation;
  • Working experience in preparing training and delivering training.
