Overview:
ST Engineering iDirect is seeking a highly motivated Senior Recruitment specialist to join our global team, primarily in support our Belgium and EMEA region staffing needs. Talent is the fuel for business growth and to that end, to assist ST Engineering iDirect in its current rapid and transformational growth stage, the Senior Recruiter will focus on recruiting top talent as a fundamental driver of iDirect’s success.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will perform full life-cycle recruiting for complex global technical and non-technical positions in various divisions throughout the company with a focus on recruitment for our Engineering Organization. You will partner with, educate and influence hiring managers on company and regional employment policies and procedures, source and prescreen candidates through internet recruiting resources and databases (as well as other sources), conduct candidate screening calls, schedule interviews, and develop and extend job offers.

In this postion you:

  • Must be highly proficient in the identification and selection of highly technical and engineering oriented candidates;
  • Must be proficient in the use of social media to affect the desired result with job search and placements; (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
  • Must have the ability to develop and manage the candidate selection process and placements across the organization.
  • Must be able to identify, develop and manage effective recruiting strategies and processes;
  • Manage the selection and on-boarding of new candidates;
  • Establish and utilize a thorough vetting process to ensure that work history, education, training, license, and job skills are in line with the requirement of the position and the company’s objectives;
  • Be the companies of contact for recruiting;
  • Represent the company when/where necessary at internal/external professional meetings in the areas of recruiting and human resources;
  • Organise jobfairs and campus recruitment;
  • Support Internal Business Stakeholders;
  • Use iCIMS (ATS system) to track and add in potential candidates created by skill set.
  • Maintain company confidentiality;
  • Track, produce and maintain monthly, semi-annual, and annual reports on recruiting metrics to include, but not limited to, effectiveness, resource allocation and cost.
  • Participate to projects (employer branding and process improvements)
Qualifications:
  • You have previous experience in ICT / engineering recruitment
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English
  • You have a business development mindset to create and maintain both internal and external network
  • You are a teamplayer and a strong networker
  • You are result oriented, assertive and empathic
  • You are able to work autonomous and a quick learner
  • You work in-depth and have a consultative mindset
