Working as part of a global team of analysts and data experts across TUI, the Senior Reporting Analyst within our Marketing, Sales and Service (MSS) Business Intelligence team will be responsible for providing the measurement of our key performance indicators across a suite of dashboards. Using sales and customer data, you will provide meaningful commercial insights for key stakeholders within the TUI Group.You will take a lead role of managing the transformation from source-market specific to group reporting and be an evangelist for dashboarding best-practice.
As a Senior Reporting Analyst, you have a fantastic opportunity to shape our new reporting landscape within Marketing Sales and Service and work closely with experts across source markets and group to drive alignment between local and global reporting and a common business understanding of the data. You will need excellent communication and influencing skills to bring multiple and varied stakeholders together, as well as project management skills to handle dependencies and drive a timely delivery of dashboards in line with the project roadmap.
This role is available to be based in the following locations : Luton, London, Rijswijk, Hannover, Zaventem or Stockholm.

About The Job
Marketing, Sales & Service
- Liaise and build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand business requirements, consult with them on relevant KPIs, agree standardisation principles where appropriate and recommend the most fit-for-purpose data, dashboards, views, and visualisation to answer business questions
- Take ownership of the delivery roadmap in close cooperation with the team lead, defining and prioritising business requirements in line with stakeholder needs and data dependencies.
- Design, build and maintenance of engaging reports, self-service dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis to measure cross market sales performance on core KPIs
- Provide first-level support in training the business on dashboard usage and continually develop best practices in liaison with the IT and the global analytics community
- Define the data requirements for our reporting DataMart and coordinate with data teams to ensure that they are fit for the purposes for dashboarding
- Manage requirements for changes and new value-adding data sources
- Comfortable in working with different data sources for dashboarding with quality assurance
- Gather and manage delivery of requirements on an ongoing basis
- Relevant Master’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience in fields such as Data Analytics, Business Administration, Economics or a Science discipline including applied statistical knowledge
- Tableau expertise with minimum 5 years of experience in building engaging and commercially relevant dashboards
- Experience in processing and collating large amounts of data using tools such as SQL
- Ability to engage with technical and non-technical users to gather, understand and document business requirements, create high level design documents and IT requirements
- Proven track record of leading analytical projects and manage delivery to a broad group of stakeholders up to Board level
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Sound commercial understanding – ideally in the context of Controlling/Finance/Sales or expertise in Customer data
- Fluent in English
