Senior Specialist, HR Services-1

Overview
  • Accountable for first line support and providing an exceptional customer experience for employees in connection with HR services
  • Works to enable HR processes through technology and service centers
  • Responsible for process excellence and continuous transformational improvements
  • This includes ensuring employee-related records are accurate, accessible and appropriately secure

Responsibilities
  • Conducts root cause analysis and trouble-shooting regarding HR inquiries
  • Performs level transaction processing (e.g., organization changes, supervisory organization changes, job changes)
  • Identifies transaction processing improvements and participates in the implementation of improvements and partners with the HRIS and COE teams to implement preventative solutions
  • Conducts and investigates weekly audit/discrepancy reports
  • Ensures audit compliance through transaction processing and approval flows
  • Conducts research on emerging analytical and technology tools
  • Responsible for the production of content for the routine monthly and quarterly meetings with the HRBP and COE community (e.g., KPI inputs and metrics)
  • Responsible for content and functionality of "the Knowledge Base" tool

Experiences
  • Consistently delivered accurate, timely and well-organized data and reports for reporting to senior management, clients and internal audits
  • Extensive experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to answer high-level service operations inquiries, report on performance and recommend improvements
  • Experience forecasting and analyzing data trends to provide insight for system improvements and capacity planning
  • Demonstrated success when handling complex customer inquiries and applying judgement when to escalate matters up to senior level colleagues
