A fast-growing software company in the HealthCare industry is looking for an IT Senior Support Engineer to join its expanding team. Due to rapid growth, they are strengthening their internal team and seeking for a new ressource to deliver best-in-class service and technical support across their EU locations.

Role

  • Install, configure, and maintain network, computers, and business tools (hardware, software, storage, applications, VoIP).
  • Ensure network security through backups, access controls, VPN IPSEC, firewalls, and intrusion detection.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and system issues, upgrading components as needed.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance while researching improvements and new technologies.
  • Provide IT support, document infrastructure, and set up employee accounts and requirements.

Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support with experience in corporate service desk operations and end-user assistance.
  • Strong knowledge of security, networking, and infrastructure, including firewalls, VPN/ZTNA, IPSEC, DNS, DHCP, and Meraki WiFi.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Entra ID, Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), and industry best practices for IT management.
  • Experience with OS and cloud infrastructure, including Windows, macOS, Linux, Azure, Intune, Jamf, and Ubuntu Landscape.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience, with skills in networks, databases, and patch management.
