Overview
The SEO/SEA & Analytics Specialist is responsible for the strategy, coordination and implementation of SEO and SEA for EMEA in cooperation with several stakeholders. This position is also responsible for the creation and management of the EMEA MarCom analytics. He/she will need to create integrated rapports and dashboards enabling the evaluation and optimization of campaigns. This is a marketing communication role suited for a technically strong profile.
Requirements
Experience/ Minimum of 4 years digital marketing experience with excellent understanding of SEO, SEA, Online Reviews & Web analytics
Education: Bachelor in web development, digital marketing or equivalent experience.
Skills
- Strong experience in using analytic tools including Google analytics, Google Tag Manager, Bright Edge, Bazaar Voice, Google Adwords, Yandex, Bing Adwords and YouTube.
- Deep knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau, Klipfolio, Google Datastudio or others.
- Strong understanding on how digital marcom tactics influence the consumer purchase process

You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with others, but also have the ability to manage projects individually and with minimal direction. Through your superior logic and communication you enjoy presenting complex concepts and data analyses in a clear and effective manner. You are dynamic and always eager to learn and adapt.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute multilingual SEO and SEA strategy & tactics aimed at maximizing search engine visibility, increasing traffic, and growing leads across all Graco.com websites.
- Perform keyword/competitive research, technical and link analysis for SEO and SEA.
- Synchronize organic and paid search initiatives and increase efficiencies and conversions.
- Cooperate with internal stakeholders as well as SEM agency teams.
- Collect digital metrics from several (digital) sources such as CMS, MAP, CRM and others. Combine these data with offline marketing metrics to achieve fully integrated MarCom Analytics.
- Analyse and interpret data sets and communicate the conclusions and insights effectively through dashboards.
- Provide both detailed data for individual campaign optimization as well as more generic data in line with KPI’s to detect trends across campaigns and divisions.
- Create closed-loop analytics throughout the buyer’s journey.
