We’re looking for a Service Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end IT service operations for a high-level NATO assignment. From SLAs to stakeholder engagement, you’ll ensure seamless delivery and continuous improvement across mission-critical systems.

???? Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor service levels, incidents & problems
  • Oversee service transition, performance & compliance
  • Manage budgets, outsourcing, and vendor relations
  • Lead service reviews & customer interactions
  • Support team and deputize senior staff as needed

  • ???? You Bring:

    • 3+ years in service delivery (or 10+ without a degree)
    • Strong IT infrastructure, collaboration tools & vendor management experience
    • ITIL v4 Foundation (required), Prince2 preferred
    • NATO or international environment experience is a plus
