Your mission:
As a Solution Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing agile roles within your enterprise solution domain. You will serve as a strategic partner for the business, driving the planning and implementation of digital solutions to maximize value. Your key responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage the product or capability team, consisting of product owners, developers, testers and solution architects within your tribe/domain.
- Define and manage a vision and roadmap based on stakeholder input, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term strategy.
- Align with business Tribe Leads and Epic Owners to refine capabilities into prioritized features and ensure smooth communication across stakeholders.
- Support stakeholder involvement in backlog prioritization and consolidate business requirements.
- Ensure collaboration inside and outside the tribe , collaborate with other Solution Managers on cross-dependencies and ensure continuous improvements by sharing best practices.
- Demand & capacity management: provide insights and reporting to the involved stakeholders, including financials and capacity vs. demand.
- Product portfolio management : interact with Tribe Architect to align on value stream evolution and to understand the key properties and changes to technologic assets. With the PO, PM and the architect, determine best way to work with tech restriction and tech opportunities.
- Quality assurance : manage compliancy with IT standards (architecture, security, data, …) with product owner, program manager and other involved stakeholders
Your profile:
- Strong organizational skills with a pragmatic and coaching approach.
- Proven track record of at least 10 years in ICT program management with 5+ years of experience in Agile Methodology.
- Entrepreneurial drive with a focus on results and the ability to anticipate future needs.
- Thought leadership and strategic thinking with an agile mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in at least one of the local languages (NL/FR).
- Technical knowledge in agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, and an affinity with IT.
