Company Overview:

Our mission is to provide sustainable and innovative solutions for our customers in the renewable energy sector. We are seeking a Solar Solutions Manager to join our team in Brussels, Belgium.
Job Summary:
As our Solar Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies for our solar products and solutions. You will work closely with B2B Utility customers, distributors, and resellers to identify new business opportunities and manage existing accounts. Additionally, you will provide technical expertise and support to our customers, ensuring that they receive the best solutions and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for our solar products and solutions in the Netherlands market.
- Build and maintain relationships with B2B Utility customers, distributors, and resellers.
- Identify new business opportunities and manage existing accounts, including negotiating contracts and closing deals.
- Provide technical expertise and support to our customers, ensuring that they receive the best solutions and service.
- Collaborate with our engineering and product development teams to identify and develop new solar solutions for the market.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations in the Netherlands solar market.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the solar-PV market in the Netherlands.
- Experience working with B2B Utility customers, distributors, or resellers.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, with French language skills being a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
