About The Challenge

As Subject Matter Expert (SME) Commissioning and Qualification within the Janssen manufacturing site in Beerse, you have the opportunity to support the C&Q group in providing detailed evidence that all computer systems (CSV), equipment and utilities used, are qualified and remain in a state of control so that they deliver processes and products that comply to regulatory and business specifications. This role will give you the opportunity to work 4 days at site and 1 day from home.

This position will also provide technical ownership for our pharmaceutical production equipment, growing into an authority in the field of qualification. Through sound expertise, focus on quality by design and risk-based qualification you ensure fit for intended use of the assigned equipment

  • An individual who feels that safety and quality is of paramount importance!
  • Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing is a plus, however this can be compensated with a high level of eagerness to learn and quickly gain relevant insights.
  • An individual with strong communicative and social skills who can communicate efficiently with stakeholders across different levels of our organization.
  • You are responsible for the assessment, coordination and correctness of qualification and CSV activities and for the technical content of Qualification files.
  • You Provide business support as technical owner (questions, technical issues), when requested.
  • You act as a spokesperson during audits and inspections.
  • You acquired a master’s degree or equal trough experience. Preferred areas of study are Engineering or Science.
