The job

For this student job position, under the supervision and coaching of experienced Recruitment Managers, you will be involved in all aspects of the job: getting familiar with sourcing, headhunting and interviewing techniques.

You will participate (from start to finish) in our recruitment process by performing following tasks:

  • Managing and updating of our internal database;
  • Identifying candidates through various tools and include them in our internal database;
  • Calling candidates and recording appointments in the agenda;
  • Introducing candidates to the Business Managers (and participate in the interviews);
  • Tracking down new prospects.

Your profile

We are looking for young graduates with strong communication and negotiation skills.

You are social and work customer oriented.

You have a ‘no nonsense’ and ‘can do’ attitude and are an out of the box thinker with positive energy.

You are fluent in Dutch and English, French is an asset.

You are able to work with close or little supervision and with respect for processes and proceedings.

You have a good knowledge of MS package and work analytical and precise.
