Role Description

As a student team member, your role involves delivering high-quality customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining a friendly atmosphere, and upholding company standards. Teamwork is essential, and even as a student, you’ll be treated with respect. This role offers the opportunity to engage your brain, heart, and wallet simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Team player

• Previous experience in customer service

• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

• Knowledge of cocktails and spirits is not mandatory

• Minimum age requirement of 18

• Currently enrolled in college or university

• Proficient in English; Dutch proficiency is a plus, and knowledge of other languages is welcomed
