Your new role

Join our client as a Logistics Coordinator where you’ll be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound logistics activities. You will oversee the entire process of incoming shipments: from coordinating bookings and shipment approvals to tracking necessary documentation and planning. On the outbound side, you will ensure timely deliveries to key clients, manage daily operations, and handle labeling and shipment scheduling. You will also play a key role in validating logistics invoices for customers and service providers, ensuring accuracy and smooth financial processes.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. Graduates are welcome too.
  • Proactive, practical approach to problem-solving, with flexibility to adjust priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with internal teams and external partners
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in execution
  • Ability to stay composed and motivated under pressure
  • Collaborative mindset and a positive attitude
  • Fluency in English; Dutch is preferable; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
  • Resident in Belgium and able to work from the Zaventem office
