Let’s talk about the role!

You take full responsibility of the supply planning and the inventory management for all Kipling products keeping both the short- and long-term planning in mind. You balance supply maximizing product availability while keeping inventory levels within plan.

Job Details

We expect that our Supply and Inventory Planner will deliver unbeatable results whilst also fulfilling the following aspects of the role:

Translate the seasonal demand plan into a Supply plan in close communication with demand planner.

Coordinate the cross region Buy moments and related activities to maximize efficiencies

Enter and follow up on purchase orders

Manage the required system settings

Be responsible for the monthly inventory roll reporting.

Give input to the Inbound Logistics team on container priorities

Continuously identify and execute processes improvements to gain efficiency and reduce cost

Report and follow up Supply KPI

Participate in various projects within and cross-brands

What you need to succeed?

To succeed as Supply and Inventory Planner you need to an eye for details and being comfortable with numbers while actively looking for solution cross teams for fast changing situations. Communication is key, as in your role you will have to work with different internal stakeholders. As we work against deadlines, planning your short- and long-term activities in the best way possible is also important. What you’ll need:

2 - 4 years of experience in a similar function

Enjoy working with numbers and have an an alytical mind

You are accurate and have a sharp eye for details

Solution-oriented attitude

You enjoy working with others, listening to and understanding their point of view and identify solutions together

You are an advanced user of Microsoft Excel

Fluent in English, spoken as well as written

Knowledge of SAP, Access and Visual Basics is an asset
