Join us in Brussels to share an adventure with a caring, passionate, young and dynamic team ! The « Talent Acquisition Specialist » role is a key position in ACENSI.
Reporting to your Manager, you will :
• Manage the publication of job offers • Implement a sourcing strategy
- Select the best profiles on the various job boards
- Maintain and develop pipeline of candidates for future open positions
- Conduct interviews via teams or in-person
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
- Send adequate tests to technical profiles
- Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
- Get involved in the IT community by participating in various networking and technology discovery events
- Follow and manage the entire recruitment process of your candidates
- Organization of business workshops
Your Profile :
You have a higher education or specialised training in Human Resources. You have good interpersonal skills, are fluent in English and French, are rigorous and motivated. Ideally, you have a first successful experience in recruitment.
