About the Challenge

As our Talent Development Manager you play a crucial part in the triangle between client, consultant and Exellys. You are an expert in coaching, and in addition, you combine commercial talent and people management skills with a thorough knowledge of the IT market.

In alignment with our Tech Talent Scouts, you take the final decision in selecting our next generation of consultants. You will intensively coach our consultants in terms of skills, competences and performance with the help of our 3-level coaching model. On the client side, you will create an excellent customer experience through strong empathic skills and proactive follow-up. You are a committed ambassador and you represent Exellys at various networking- and company events.

Your Skills
  • Master degree in human sciences, engineering, IT or similar through experience
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a broad IT context, ideally including a first management experience
  • Seasoned business partner with a passion for customer satisfaction and high-quality providing excellent service delivery
  • Inspiring people manager and coach (certification as a coach is a plus)
  • High integrity
  • Presentation and training skills
  • Sharp focus on company growth proven by a strong motivation to drive strategic initiatives
  • Strong team player with tons of energy, humor, empathy and enthusiasm
