To strengthen our Clinical Stability and Specifications (CSS) Team, based in our Biotech Sciences Department in Braine-l’Alleud, Belgium we are looking to fill the position of: Team Lead CSS.

As a UCB “agylitical” Team Lead you like to work in an
environmentwhere you can:


  • Manage a team of 8 analysts for release and stability testing
  • Manage the planning of the lab for the stability programs, comparability studies, and releases for our early NBE molecules
  • Manage deviations, ensure data integrity and efficient ways of working in the lab
  • Interact with the project (molecule) representatives
  • Support laboratory investigation


You will more precisely contribute by:


  • Supporting and planning the day to day laboratory activities
  • Taking accountability of the data generated within the team
  • Supporting project teams with key deliverables (stability & comparability data)
  • Anticipating needs in the analytical field to mitigate risks and create competitive advantages for our products


I
nterested? For this position you’ll need the following education,experience andskills:


  • Master’s Degree in Analytical Siences, Biochemistry or Analytical Chemistry.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role including People Management.
  • Deep expertise in analytical techniques such as: chromatography, electrophoresis, immunoassays and pharmacopeias techniques applied to proteins.
  • Great experience with working to GMP standards in a QC laboratory.
  • Very good command in French and English.

  • You know how to manage your priorities and the stress that can ensue.
  • Being able to listen to your team, you evolve together in taking initiatives and carrying out projects.
