We are currently looking for a Team Leader Order Fulfilment and Dispatch (m/f/d) to join our Logistics team in Beringen.

In this role, you will be responsible for the dispatch and order fulfilment activities for the Borealis plants in Geleen (NL) and Beringen (BE). You will guide your team to keep our promise to the customer by ensuring on-time and end-to-end order fulfilment (batch allocation, dispatching, transport planning - freight monitoring - cost settlement).
You will act as the key operational point towards the Logistics Contracting Managers and CSO Managers.

Your main areas of responsibility include amongst others:
* Lead a team of 8-10 people
* Ensure deliveries to our customer are executed according to customer agreements / requirements / internal processes and in line with the agreed Logistic Service Provider contracts for the Borealis PO products
* Ensure dispatch administration and customs handling in- and outbound flows
* Delivery of a qualitative execution of the end-to-end delivery, transport and freight cost settlement process, with focus on customer service excellence - also covering reverse logistics
* Drive continuous improvement in the dispatch and order handling processes to improve efficiency and quality while maintaining legal compliance.
* Lead customer complaint handling process internally and at the external locations and define actions to avoid reoccurrence.
Represent the Site Logistics department (Order Fulfilment and Material Handling) in internal coordinating meetings with Operations and Marketing & Sales.
About you

Our ideal match has successfully completed a Master’s degree or a Bachelor’s degree (business/logistics oriented education) combined with min. 5 years’ relevant experience within the Supply Chain area. You have basic knowledge of Supply Chain processes with expertise in order fulfilment area (transportation, supply planning, dispatch handling and sales order execution). You have excellent communication skills in English and Dutch. You have excellent internal and external networking capabilities and influential skills. You are stress resistant and process oriented.
