Technical Support Officer (NL/ENG)?

Are you technically minded, customer-oriented, and eager to learn? As specialists in aluminium patio covers and outdoor living solutions, we have the ideal challenge for you! For our Belgian office located in Hamme, we are currently looking for a new colleague to join our tech support team. Are you the one?!

What will you do?

As a Technical Support Associate, you are the link between our customers and their orders. You thrive on combining technical questions with commercial customer contact. In practice, this means you will:

  • Support customers with questions about our products and orders.
  • Advise and think along on technical solutions.
  • Coordinate daily with colleagues and customers, using your technical knowledge to provide solutions.

Who you are?

  • You are fluent in both English and Dutch.
  • You have a technical background and are eager to deepen your expertise.
  • You enjoy customer contact and work in a solution-oriented way.
  • You are an enthusiastic team player with commercial flair.
