Within our Design office for the pharmaceutical industry, we are looking for a Tender Manager / Bid Manager

Responsible for the tender process from A to Z ;
Be the SPOC for incoming tender (RFP/RFI) internally and with prospective clients ;
Lead all technical questions with the engineering delivery ressources ;
Consult the market for offers from subcontractors and suppliers ;
Draught all documents (admin, scope, budget and schedule) respecting the ABY’s QMS ;
Liaise with Legal for contract negotiation ;
Maintain and grow the sales Data Base (data and ratios per activity, etc.) ;
Work closely with Business Developer in predicting incoming tenders for ressource allocation;
Report to Sales Director and to Delivery & Operations on a weekly basis.

Profile:

Engineer profile with 3 years of experience in budgeting/tendering in a competitive environment, Or 5 years of experience of Project engineering (with at least 1 year of experience in competitive tendering, budgeting) in the Pharmaceutical industry) ;
3 years of experience in automation and electrical industrial projects ;
Pro-active, able to thrive in a fast pace environment, with peaks of workload.
French native speaker with a good level in Business English
