We’re looking for an energetic and committed person who will join our marketing team as a Trade Manager and is eager to develop his/her career in a fast-paced, high performing and rewarding multinational company. In this position you will be responsible for developing the trade strategy of large/complex trades and implementing the strategy in the market organization with the sales teams.

What does the role involve?
As a Trade Manager in the department of Trade Marketing you will be able to lead important trades of our business and contribute directly to the success of the company. In this position you will be the main driver of the business development of strategic areas while partnering with all the key stakeholders from the local and global organizations as well as maintaining relationships with the key clients and associations of the trades of responsibility. This involves preparing the introduction of new products in the market, derive annual action plans while building a strong and competent trade community consisting of sales, engineering and services teams. What you need is:
- Successfully completed technical or business administration master’s degree or diploma
- 3 years plus professional experience in marketing, sales and/or engineering (for Senior level minimum 5 years)
- Excellent trade business understanding
- Fluency in English, Dutch and French
- Proven marketing skills, especially in the design and implementation of marketing strategies
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills (direct and/or indirect in the matrix)
- Assertiveness and excellent stakeholder management capacities
- Strong communication, presentation and analytical skills
- Driving license cat. B
