About the Role

As Learning & Development & Culture manager, you will be responsible for building and implementing a world-class L&D and organizational culture. You will be instrumental in defining and embedding the company’s new values, developing and delivering high-impact learning programs, and fostering a high-performing and engaged workforce. As dedicated HR Business Partner, you will provide strategic HR guidance to business leaders across the organization.

Responsibilities

Culture Strategy & implementation

• You define, develop, and implement a compelling and inclusive company culture that aligns with the newly defined company values
• You develop and implement initiatives to foster a positive and engaging work environment.
• You drive employee engagement and build a strong sense of community within the organization
• You monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of cultural initiatives and make adjustments as needed

L&D Development

• You develop and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy that supports the company’s business objectives and aligns with its strategic priorities
• You conduct needs assessments to identify key skills gaps and training requirements across all levels of the organization
• You design and develop engaging and effective learning programs, including workshops, online courses, mentoring programs, and leadership development initiatives

.HR Business Partner

• You provide strategic HR advice and support to managers on various HR matters, including recruitment, development, performance management, and talent management
• You increase employee engagement scores and identify key drivers of engagement
• Employee development: you increase employee participation in training and development programs
• Succession planning: you establish a robust succession planning process for key roles

Your Profile

• You’re able to define, articulate, and embed a strong and positive company culture
• You have a deep understanding of organizational culture and its impact on employee engagement and performance
• You have a proven ability to foster a sense of community and belonging within an organisation.
• You have the strategic thinking and planning skills to develop and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with business objectives.
• You have strong instructional design skills, including needs analysis, curriculum development, and program evaluation
• You have expertise in various learning methodologies (e.g., classroom training, online learning, blended learning, experiential learning)
• You’re organized, efficient, and able to handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines
• You have strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to provide strategic HR guidance to leaders
• You can effectively guide employees through organizational changes.

• You’re able to identify and implement new and creative solutions to HR challenges
