Job Description:

The UPS Cold Chain Packaging Supervisor is responsible for the effective management of a product, programs or channels within the UPS Portfolio. This position participates in market research, and product, program, or channel management to assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies. He/She is responsible for supporting a particular product / channel by gathering information and performing analyses used to assess the performance of UPS’s products, services, customer segments, and value propositions. The Product Management Analyst develops routine and ad-hoc product performance reports, performs defined maintenance activities for support infrastructure and materials, supports seasonal operating plan analysis and development, and develops content in support of field training and communications. This position supervises others within the department.

JOB SUMMARY

Focus will be on supporting healthcare packaging projects and implementation

• The candidate will help to further establish growth and progress to support the further growth of UPS healthcare solutions & transportation services.

• Support on small/medium support requests coming into specific mailbox upspackaging@ups.com

• The UPS Healthcare Cold Chain Supervisor EU participates in buy & sell process, reporting, specialty packaging market research, UPS Cold Chain Packaging Program customer follow-up, internal as well as external (customer contacts), and product/program management.

• He / She is responsible for assisting in following process documentation for the full set-up of the program, including customer specific setup, as well as customer & BD following designed engagement processes.

• He/she will be performing analyses to assess the performance of the UPS Cold Chain Packaging program, support to develop new products (or product lines) and create/develop value proposals and documentation to further train our healthcare sales force on new products.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyze and report performance of UPS Cold Chain Packaging Program Participate in project management activities to further develop the UPS Cold Chain Packaging Program & UPS Cold Chain Packaging Centre proposals Liaise and keep up to date the CCPO Cold Chain Packaging Orders component of the program with pricing, products in CCPO data file to responsible order management group. Assist in customer requests and customer feedback Develop and deliver presentations (e.g. new product development, success stories, reporting, …)
