YOBO Real Estate is looking for a driven Real Estate Consultant to strengthen our team.

In this dynamic role, you are the first point of contact for potential buyers. You guide them through the entire sales process—from first contact to the final sale. You provide professional advice, identify client needs, and respond with commercial insight.

Your responsibilities

  • Guide clients through the full sales process, right up to the notarial deed
  • Collaborate with our in-house marketer to launch marketing campaigns for projects
  • Ensure a smooth handover to our customer care team
  • Analyze sales results and report to the Head of Sales

Who are you?

  • A real estate enthusiast who actively tracks market trends, competition, and buyer behavior—and uses this strategically
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills, with a proactive and client-focused mindset
  • Flexible and engaged, willing to attend events and open house days, including evenings and weekends
  • Education & certification: holding a bachelor’s degree; a BIV number is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with strong administrative follow-up skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and French; English is a plus
  • Experience with HubSpot? That’s a big advantage!
