The site of Le Hainaut in Belgium is part of the Visibility Systems Business Group (VIS).It develops high-performance and innovative lighting systems that accompany the driver and passengers in all weathers, day and night, and in their various activities on board the vehicle.
Our Sales department is looking for a Business Analyst to be part of the team for 12 months (renewable once). You will evolve in an international environment composed of Key Account Managers and Sales Administrators, where team spirit and cohesion are essential components.
Your challenges?
1/ Sales Database Referrer
- You ensure the reliability of the Sales Database: update the information of the project lines (Customers, products, prices...) and improve the tool (create new hierarchies...)
- You create and update dashboards and reports in collaboration with the Finance, Marketing and Purchasing teams to support the development of the Sales department: evolution of the product portfolio, market share and growth by region;
- You create and ensure the update of the annual Sales and Orders Budget, the Medium Term Plan (5 years) and the monthly forecast of the order book via internal management tools.
- You are the central point of contact between the sales people distributed in Europe, Asia and the USA in their activities (competitive analyses, customer presentations, contracts....)
- You formalize the monthly business intake of the Key Account Managers in coordination with Finance department
- You carry out and provide training on the use of the Sales Database and on key analyses
- You identify and update the official roadmap requests and objectives
- You coordinate the different departments for information retrieval and management
- You update the data monitoring tools and present the results.
- You graduated from a Master degree with an Engineering or Business background,
- You are fluent in English
- You are able to work in a young and dynamic team
- You are customer oriented, autonomous, rigorous and good communicator
- You have very good computer skills especially in database management (AFO...)
- An excellent knowledgde of the Office package and mainly Excel is essential as well as the Google suite
- You have an initial experience in the automotive industry
- You have a good knowledge of SAP
- You speak a second language (French / German...)? It’s a plus.
