A day in the life of a Web Operations Manager

You will be a part of a vibrant team, highly motivated and passionate team. You will be part of a highly performing, cross functional, Our Agile teams support EU Institutions web applications, services and IT.

  • Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
  • Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features
  • Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions
  • Maintain a good relationship between customers and the company
  • Communicate effectively with the customer support team
  • Open and maintain customer tickets regarding the client's queries
  • Keep the record of customers and follow-up with them on a timely basis for better customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Good knowledge of SharePoint, CMSs (Drupal), Adobe CS, CSS, coding HTML5
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capacity to work well with colleagues and good team spirit
  • You are service oriented and good at networking
  • Good knowledge of web environment and excellent knowledge of collaborative platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field. High school diploma candidates with the required experience can also be considered
  • 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Specialists or Customer Service Representative
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Outstanding negotiation and conflict-resolving skills.
  • Very good knowledge and understanding of the European Institutions
