We’re looking for a creative, innovative, experienced, and hands-on professional to take ownership and management of customer-facing digital content.Let us describe the challenge we offerAs the Website & Social Media Specialist, you will oversee content updates on Polestar.com and storefronts (configurator, pre-configurator, and pre-owned) in Belgium and Luxembourg, while also developing social media strategies, for both markets, to enhance brand strength and audience engagement. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders and agencies, and display an entrepreneurial spirit to propose and execute innovative ideas.The position is located at our office in Brussel. We understand that work-life balance isn’t easy, and of course, welcome our employees to work flexible hours and from home a couple of days per week if needed. We believe in empowerment.What You’ll Do- Manage and optimize company website and social media channels, including creating and publishing content and tracking analytics,
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to create engaging content.
- Perform regular content checks on the website, proactively suggesting optimizations based on data, market conditions, industry news, colleague feedback, and more.
- Monitor and report on website and social media metrics, including traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure consistency and alignment of messaging across all digital channels.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies and provide recommendations for improving our online presence.
- you have a minimum of 3 years of experience in website and social media management.
- you have a strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, social media platforms, and web analytics tools.
- you have a good feeling for copywriting and content creation, including the ability to write compelling copy and present ideas to stakeholders.
- you have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on using data to drive decision-making.
- you can work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
