The Role

We’re seeking a part-time PR & Communications Specialist who’s not just about crafting press releases but is passionate about building real connections. This hybrid role is based in St-Niklaas, with the flexibility to work remotely. You’ll be the relationship-builder who engages with industry professionals, initiates meaningful conversations, and facilitates meetings to foster collaboration and impactful partnerships. Your day-to-day will focus on outreach and networking, making sure that Cinema Coach is at the heart of every important conversation in the industry.

What You’ll Do

• Be our frontline connector: Proactively reach out to industry contacts, spark dialogues, and build strong relationships that open doors for new opportunities.

• Facilitate meetings and enable fruitful conversations between Cinema Coach and industry players, positioning us as thought leaders and collaborators.

• Strategize and manage public relations activities, but more importantly, spend time calling, emailing, and engaging with the people who make the industry move.

• Craft compelling communication strategies that align with our mission while focusing on face-to-face and voice interactions that drive real impact.

• Support in communication planning and work alongside the team to ensure consistent, effective messaging and relationship-building.

Who You Are or can become

• You’re a natural people person who loves talking to new contacts, sparking conversations, and finding common ground.

• Experience in press releases and public relations is great, but your superpower is your networking and communication skills.

• You thrive in a role where you’re interacting with people daily – whether it’s making calls, sending emails, or setting up meetings.

• Your interpersonal skills help you create and maintain relationships with stakeholders, media, and industry professionals.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to plan and facilitate conversations that align with Cinema Coach’s mission and goals.

• A background in the entertainment industry is a plus, as it will help you connect deeply with the community we serve.

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
