Your responsibilities

  • Intake with project teams to determine the scope, target group, objectives and module program;
  • Setting up steering groups accordingly;
  • Setting up engagement workshop through interactive sessions to determine the specific needs of the target group and action list;
  • Roll out the modules through practical sessions and coaching on specific QHSE/behavioral topics;
  • Ensure long-term effects by following up the actions and results of the sessions;
  • Supporting QHSE campaigns & communications.

Your profile

  • You have strong communication skills and can easily connect with target groups from different nationalities, cultures, backgrounds, and levels;
  • You have three-to-five-year experience in giving workshops on safety behavior and culture. Experience in leadership training is an asset;
  • You can develop and adapt training contents to your target groups. Experience in developing e-learnings is an asset;
  • You have experience in change management related to behavior
  • You have a passion and interest for safety at work;
  • You can easily lead, encourage, and raise awareness of QHSE-related topics;
  • You are prepared to travel for short term assignments;
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch.
