Your Mission

As a Quality Assistant you support the quality management operations of the plant (products, processes, deliveries) with regards to the customer satisfaction and quality targets. You report to the Quality Manager.

Your Responsibilities

Quality

  • Secures the quality in full compliance with customer requirements and Eurofit’s procedures.
  • Maintains the respect of guidelines, QM-system of customer and/or compliance of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001.
  • Continuously improves the quality-performance of the plant (process, product, delivery).
  • Carries-out actions in case of deviations.

Administration/Reporting:

  • Inspects and improves the QM-status
  • Reports weekly on QM-plant activities and monthly QM-figures
  • Accomplishes QM documentation and assessment of processes, documents etc., …
  • Administrates the quarantine-store

Your Profile

  • You have experience in Quality, preferably in the automotive industry is a plus.
  • You have the skills to guide, motivate, develop, and monitor your direct reports.
  • Knowledge of the automotive market is an advantage.
  • You have comprehensive understanding of Tire-Wheel assembly and JIT.
  • You have excellent MS-Office skills.
  • You are fluent in Dutch & English.
