The Position

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Qualified Person (QP) to join our Quality Assurance team. This role is critical in ensuring the highest standards of GMP/GDP Quality Management within our organization.

The Opportunity:

  • Quality Management: Implement and oversee GMP/GDP principles to ensure compliance with EU and national legislation regarding medicinal products and medical devices.

  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members, share responsibilities, and support the team to foster a harmonious work environment. This also includes team collaboration in our global quality network.

  • Clear Communication: Convey information, expectations, decisions, and recommendations clearly to ensure prompt and effective action.

  • Stock-out and Recall Management: Provide critical information concerning stock-out situations, product recalls, and product quality defects to National Health Authorities on a quarterly or ad-hoc basis.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Escalate issues and request support from National Health Authorities as necessary to align with our strategic objectives.

Who You Are:

  • You have higher education in Industrial Pharmacy

  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in GMP/GDP Quality Management

  • You are recognized Qualified Person (QP) by the Federal Agency for Medicines and Health Products (FAMHP)

  • You have excellent knowledge of EU and national legislations regarding medicinal products and medical devices

  • You have Proficient understanding of GMP/GDP principles

  • You have Clear & Decisive Communication

  • You are a team player and able to collaborate effectively with a group.

Preferred:

  • Proficiency in Dutch and/or French (minimum level C2) and fluent in English (min level C1)
