Quality Compliance Coordinator (m/f/d) (Brussels or Amsterdam or Budapest or Frankfurt)
The main purpose of the Quality Compliance Coordinator (m/f/d) role is to facilitate, manage, and oversee the implementation of the Quality Management System at the Local Branches across the EMEA region.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- As the Quality Compliance Coordinator, you are responsible for implement company policies and conduct meetings as well as trainings.
- You will be in charge of the draft Client Incident Report (Investigation summary reports for the clients).
- Perform root cause analysis, close deviations, and effectiveness checks.
- You will support the implementation, communication and maintenance of the company’s quality systems and regulations.
- Coordinating the required training activities for all personnel and ensuring appropriate documentation and filing is your responsibility.
- You support the handling and escalation of Quality Issues as well as CAPA tracking up to completion of action.
- Conducting self-inspection audits for the local or regional facilities.
- The role is ensuring the accuracy and quality of all records and documents.
- You will track and oversee all commitments for actions or changes made MARKEN from previous customer audits as well as from internal audits.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior working experience in Quality Assurance.
- Excellent communication and language skills that are relevant in the common business environment of your country:
Budapest: English, Hungarian and German.
Brussel or Amsterdam: English, Dutch and French.
Frankfurt: English and German.
- You have a driver´s licence.
- You are familiar with Good Distribution Practice.
- High customer satisfaction skills.
- You must be self-motivated, focused, responsible, self-sufficient and reliable.
- You are a real Team Player.
- Have an interest in the pharmaceutical industry and international transport.
