ABOUT THE JOB:

As a QA Engineer, you will be part of a cross-functional team and together with your team you will own the software products from conception to operation, supporting them and their stakeholders in building great technology.

You always drive for technical excellence, ownership and self-organisation at team and personal level. You love to learn and acquire new skills and put significant effort into keeping up to date with latest developments in your focus areas.

As a Quality Engineer, you will be part of a cross-functional team within the Engagement domain. You will help to continuously advance tooling, quality processes, and ways of working, always having our customers in mind, and thus embed all-team quality ownership.

ABOUT YOU:

• Previous experience in a commercial e-commerce environment.
• Proven experience of planning, preparing, running, and signing-off tests within web development projects.
• Accountable for Testing activities for functional, regression, integration and E2E test phases
• Experience in creating test data, identifying test dependencies and maintain traceability for features / user stories developed within the team.
• Ability Create manual Test cases, Test scenarios in Test rail
• Experience in software development and engineering practices BDD and TDD
• Good experience with CI/CD, preferably Gitlab CI
• Practical experience with a range of cloud technologies and services (preferably AWS).
• Proven experience in end-to-end application testing (restful services, front applications, automation)
• Automation testing experience with Selenium Web driver, Grid, Cucumber, Appium & JEST
• Strong understanding of Automation test strategy, Automation test limitations
• Experience and strong understanding of Agile frameworks Scrum, Kanban, XP, SAFe
• Experience working with Atlassian tool set (JIRA, Confluence and integrations)
• Should have progressing skills in Testing Lifecycle, Testing Expertise, Testing Techniques, Testing Management, and Quality Management
• A good team player with great attitude and a passion for technology
• Ability to multi-task and investigate several issues at once.
• Strong problem-solving skills coupled with good communication skills.
• Open minded, inquisitive, life-long learner. Comfortable with ambiguity, highly autonomous.
