AF Monceau

Role Description

The Quality Leader is responsible for ensuring that the quality of Amcor Monceau products is in line with the customer satisf

act ion and profitability objectives set by the

company. He/she takes care of the renewal of the management system certifications implemented in the company: BRC, FSC, ISO90 01, AFSCA.

Meeting the legal obligations in terms of declarations relating to waste management, he/she plays a support and relay role on

th e ground for the Quality manager.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain the functioning of the BRC / Iso9001 / FSC / AFSCA certification system: inform
and train staff on the requirements of the current certification systems
  • Manage internal audits, supplier audits and customer audits
  • Manage internal and external complaints through improvement tools
  • Be able to provide relevant and appropriate information in response to customer or third
parties requests
  • Be able to provide training on quality related topics
  • Management of customer complaints, support on CAPA follow up
  • Follow up of metrology: keep up to date the maintenance of laboratory equipment
  • Ensure the proper follow up of quality meetings : HACCP, quality review, food fraud,
management review, etc.
  • Collecting KPIs related to quality and documenting the results
  • In collaboration with the manager and the quality department, take decisions on the
release of products in quarantine
  • Work with the plant department (Supply Chain, Customer Service, CI and Production) to
ensure the good communication & report on quality needs

PROFILE
  • Higher education in the scientific field or in management
science.
  • Technical & Industry profile
  • Fluent in English, both orally and in writing
  • Familiar with MS office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Motivated by the field of quality
  • Knowledge of HACCP, BRC
  • Very autonomous person with a great sense of responsibility
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good interpersonal skills and you are assertive
  • Competences in management of change
  • Critical mind, analyze each situation in order to establish an
appropriate action plan with the aim of improving
  • Not afraid to work in the field and enjoy the administrative
side of things
  • Result oriented
