  • key responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure the implementation of the Puratos Quality Standards

    • Ensure the follow up of QA related topics towards customers, suppliers, Food Inspection & auditing Bodies

    • Ensure the follow up of QC related topics with regard to Raw Materials, Packaging Materials and Finished Products

    • Plan, coordinate, manage and control the day-to-day activities

    • Participate in interdepartmental operational meeting to proper follow-up on planning and projects
    • People Management which includes coaching, recruitment and trainings
    • Manage Quality Control organization and KPI’s
    • Budget Management
    • Responsible for full compliance to all applicable legal regulations and international food safety standards
    • Vendor Quality Management
    • Quality management of the distribution center

  • qualifications

    What we are looking for?

    • You have a Master degree (preferably in Food,Chemical or Biochemical Engineering)
    • You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • You are fluent in English, Dutch and/or French
    • You have 5-10 years of experience as Quality Manager in a manufacturing environment
    • You are a strong team player with good communication skills
    • You have highly developed organizational skills
    • You are a pragmatic problem-solver focused on quality and results
