We are looking for Quality Site Inspector to join our team dedicated to a very large construction project in Belgium (Mons area).
In this role, you provide Quality Assurance inspections during the construction phase to ensure contractors’ conformity to construction drawings, specifications and Quality Program Requirements.

The responsibilities include:

  • Attend site MEP coordination meetings, planning meetings, weekly Quality Meetings, preparatory meetings, design review meetings and any other project.
  • Establish an inspection plan, a schedule of inspections related to project construction schedule.
  • Provide photo documentation of ‘as received’ condition.
  • Conduct a completeness of components survey of the equipment.
  • Inspect temporary hook ups of temporary conditioning provisions.
  • Site Delivery inspection.
  • Welding Inspection.
  • Attend equipment energizations and vendor startup activities.
  • Develop a Field Quality Control, Inspections, and Testing summary review.
  • Report quality risk activities related to construction and/or inspection schedule slippage.
  • Develop and maintain Quality Discrepancies Log (BIM) for tracking of all discrepancies found and track the discrepancy through to its corrective action.

Profil

  • You hold an engineering degree in construction ; electromechanical ; mechanical
  • You have minimum 5 years of quality control experience in complex construction projects e.g. data centers, hospitals, pharmaceutical plants, nuclear,…
  • You are an enthusiastic team player with a focus on optimisation and detail. You have strong communication skills
  • You are bilingual in English and French
