PRODUCT & PROCESS DIRECTOR (M/F)

PROMETHERA® THERAPEUTICS is a global innovator in liver therapeutics whose mission is to bring life-saving treatments to reduce the need for liver transplantation. Our lead clinical program, derived from our patented cell technology platform HepaStem®, is designed to benefit from its immune-modulatory and anti-fibrotic properties.

Promethera® Therapeutics is currently hiring a Product & Process Director, responsible for the operational management of the Product and Process team ensuring R&D, Manufacturing and process and analytical development activities.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensure corporate goals achievement through strategic projects management and efficient implementation of routine activities.
• Ensure respect of cGMP rules for manufacturing operations.
• Ensure compliance to Promethera quality system.
• Maintain safe and healthy work environment.
• Ensure close control and daily presence in Production/R&D areas.
• Available to realize process operations in grade A (in case of need).
• Part of 24/7 surveillance network.
• Challenge and improve the current processes/methods.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:
• PhD in Biomedical Sciences or Biotechnology with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Solid background in cell therapy and immunology. Experience in stem cells is a plus.
• Self-motivated, scientific rigor.
• Analytical and synthetic mind.
• Fluent in French (written and oral) and professional proficiency in English.
• Excellent oral, presentation and scientific/technical communication and writing skills.
• Ability to navigate and be successful in a fast-paced, matrixed work environment.
• Flexible and quality oriented.
• Hands-on problem solving and proactive attitude.
• Open-minded and innovation oriented.
• Real Team player.
