In the role of Lead Generation Specialist, you will be part of our Recruitment Team and you will help to boost lead generation for all our Verisure vacancies. You will help increase traffic on our job website and other candidate sources and create new opportunities.

Your responsibilities

  • You contribute to the growth of Verisure by supporting our recruitment strategy by generating leads;
  • You help trigger potential candidates to choose Verisure as their employer of choice by creating recruitment content and events;
  • SEO (creation and optimization);
  • SEA (monitoring and optimization);
  • Affiliates Marketing;
  • Partnerships with recruitment channels and other third parties;
  • Facebook and other social media advertising;
  • Website & landing page content and optimization;
  • You focus on recruitment results and monthly objectives set by the team and propose the necessary actions to optimize lead sources to reach the recruitment objectives;
  • You monitor current campaigns and can take learnings from previous campaigns and use them to improve and optimize current running campaigns;

Your profile

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Communication or Marketing (or equivalent by experience)
  • You have one to two years of experience working in Communication or Marketing
  • You have therefore a good knowledge of online marketing tools (SEO, SEA, affiliation)
  • You have a good experience in reviewing online campaigns and can develop them yourself
  • You have analytical skills and are comfortable with reports and figures
  • You are able to cope with pressure
  • You have excellent knowledge of Dutch, French and English.
